Fire Horse, 2026

Inspired by a dawn walk in the New Forest, watching golden light spill across the heathland. Created especially for my solo show at Spring Cheltenham — and in celebration of the Year of the Fire Horse — this piece glows with rosy, gilded hues and rich, tactile texture. It’s a magical, ethereal painting that captures the warmth and quiet power of that sunrise.

This painting is 108 x 128cm Framed
oil and mixed media on wooden panel.
